Background
We are HALG, and we care to provide our customers with best satisfaction in every product we manufacture. It's important that at the moment you purchase an item from us, all the expectation of functionality, robustness, precision, quality and reliability be present when you open the package. Yes, we are 5 starts, and we intend to stay on that range.
We started our activities in 2007 assembling Fiber Optics system for telecom companies here in the US. We designed and produced several projects for CELL, AWS, PCS, 700, 800MHz and 5G frequency. We were always designing Electronic Engineering projects with the best we could provide, providing detail drawings, schematics, and DFM files.
As the love for audio never left us, we also designed Dynaco Tube amplifiers improving the assembly by introducing not a point-to-point wiring, but 1 dedicated PCB with all on it to simplify and improve final job. We designed the ST-35 Dynaco board incorporating the fixed bias operation to enhance less power consumption for the EL-84 Tubes. This resulted in less output Audio distortion for HI-FI Stereo Amplifier 17.5W per Channel.
In 2023 with great success in Audio and with passion on the keys (keyboards), HALG changed gears and redesigned a success memory card for Roland following the great idea of DoJoe - J. Fenkes. We followed the design and great success of very first card he produced for all group of keyboardists and Roland/Akai musicians.
With that becoming an open source, we got in contact with him expanding and improving the design by taking care of ESD protection, better switches, introducing a case, and separating cards sizes to better fit modules and other Roland gigs. The project has been a success around the globe when we decided to start with Ebay and Reverb as point of sales. Unfortunately, the cost of the card does not allow us for big margin after taxes and fees Ebay and Reverb has, so we are introducing here our web to cut expenses and cost to all.
So far HALG continue to Design products as a subcontract to other companies and provide Engineering Services. We have Electrical, Mechanicals and Software Engineers to bring your product to next level. Above all we are HALG. Be welcome to try our web.
